This document contains the full Terms of Service for the CC Club self-service system. Please read it carefully; it explains your rights and obligations when using the service.
Welcome to the CC Club self-service system. By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Some features require an account. You may register with email/password or GitHub OAuth and must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for protecting your password and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We offer multiple subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current plans and prices are available on our website.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Alipay. Fees are charged according to the plan you choose and are denominated in CNY.
Unless you cancel, your subscription may renew at the end of each billing period. We will send reminders before renewal when applicable.
You may cancel at any time. Unless required by law or stated in our policy, paid fees are non-refundable.
Your API keys allow access to Claude Relay Service. Keep them secure and do not share them with others.
API usage is limited by your subscription quota. Requests beyond the quota may be rejected, and abusive usage may be suspended.
If an API key is leaked or suspected of unauthorized use, revoke it in the dashboard and generate a new key immediately.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CC Club and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited license to use it as needed to provide and improve the service.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the service, you agree to that processing.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CC Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or engage in harmful or illegal activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction.
